I just started stopping at this food truck this last year even though I’ve been vegan and in the DSM area for a while. I don’t know why I was sleeping on this food. The flavor of all the dishes I have tried is spot on. The Reuben is by far my favorite though. I will keep coming back for more.

Delicious food and fantastic to work with! Guests at our event raved about the menu, especially walnut tacos and chocolate "cheese"cake. Highly recommend and will ask to work with Veggie Thumper again!
