Veggie Village is a wonderful restaurant. The food is extremely flavorful. We ordered the spring rolls, several tofu dishes, parata with curry, and a couple of noodle dishes. We were in a hurry, so they were kind enough to bring us the dishes as they were completed, so we could start eating prior to our flight. The service was incredible. This will definitely be a place where we will come to every trip to Phoenix. The accommodate so many of the dietary restrictions we have, such as vegan, dairy allergy, no onion or garlic (all of their food is made without onion or garlic). This restaurant is run by a family of Malayasian Buddhists, who are so kind. This is definitely one of the best restaurants in the Phoenix area.

Amazing food that’s all vegetarian! Walked in and first impressions was that it was charming and welcoming. We ordered the Spring Rolls, Roti Prata, Salt and Pepper Fish, General Tso Chicken, Chicken Clay Pot, and Pad Thai. Everything came out very promptly. While everything was yummy, the roti, the salt and pepper fish, and the chicken clay pot were standouts and favorites. The workers are so friendly as well and add to the very pleasant experience. Overall I loved visiting and would highly recommend!

My wife and I dine out a lot, and in an effort to expand our culinary horizons, we went to Veggie Village. Now, I'm usually not a big fan of vegan food, but I am of Asian so I was willing to give it a try. Looking at their website, the food looked so appetizing vegan or not, and looks were not deceiving. Everything was delicious. The staff and owner were so helpful and friendly in helping us make our selections. I chose the #36 stir-fried flat noodles with soy shrimp, tofu, mushrooms, and bok choy in a creamy white sauce. My wife tried the #60 or Vietnamese Pho with soy shrimp instead of beef it was very fragrant and delicate with the purple mint and fresh basil she also chose to add the dumplings it was quite good. The owner was very nice and brought us a complimentary serving of their Rojak Malaysian fruit salad, which was very flavorful and refreshing the salad consisting of mango, pineapple, jicama, cucumber, peanut, and crunchy noodles in a sweet and tangy dressing. It was really a nice experience, and we will return and bring our sometimes vegan/vegetarian kids who will appreciate it as we did.
