My sister-in-law wanted to try this place, so we reluctantly decided to give it a shot. I’ll be honest—I’m not usually a “bowl” kind of guy. That said, this fruit bowl was excellent, and the service was outstanding. I will definitely be coming back and ordering the same fruit bowl again. And order extra Reese sauce!

So excited to find this spot in East Dallas! I love açaí/smoothie bowls and had been going to a spot in Knox/Henderson area but this is much closer and it has the convenience of a drive through option! We tried coco blanco bowl and the Vida bowl, both were delicious. Didn’t get the best pictures before digging in but definitely recommend.

Today I had the pleasure of coming to Vida bowls! The owner, Elijah is such a kind and humble human being. I was able to build my own bowl with a açai base. Don’t forget to add the protein to it! I wish I took a photo but I demolished the food in about three minutes, that’s how good I think this place is!! I definitely will be back, the owner said that he’s been open for a little over 18 months and I would love to continue supporting a small family business!
