I tried the Banh Mi after Elijah Wood went on record as it being his favorite sandwich of all time. I can see why. My first experience with Banh Mi was amazing. The flavor is consistent in every single bite thanks to the delicious (slightly sweet) sauce. The vegetables add a pleasant crunch and soak up the sauce well. And at $10.50 for a submarine-sized sandwich? An absolute steal.

Eat here if you want delicious, authentic Vietnamese food in Kearney! Was very impressed by the fresh vegetables, pork skewers and pho. Everything was amazing and I loved the variety of sauces as well. Their online ordering service was convenient & the pick-up process was seamless (you can pay online or pay upon pickup). Food was steaming hot and ready to eat at home, complete with instructions if you’re unfamiliar with Viet food. You can tell the food is made and packaged with so much love. Thank you!! My husband and I just had our first meal from VietKearney Taste, and WOW! I wish I'd heard about this wonderful business sooner. We ordered the fresh roll-ups, the grilled pork noodle delight, pho, and a citrus bliss tea splash. Everything was extremely fresh and was clearly cooked with care and attention to detail. We were especially impressed by the freshness of the vegetables, considering how difficult it is to find fresh veggies in Kearney in early March. The roll-ups were very full (but sturdy--no tearing!) and had exactly the right proportion of meat, shrimp, veggies, and noodles. They were several grades above what most restaurants serve. The pho broth was flavorful and very tasty, and the meat was good quality. The pork was a surprise stand-out, very tender and perfectly flavored. And the tea brought back wonderful memories of drinking trà tắc on a recent trip to Vietnam. The online ordering system is very easy to use, and you just pull up in your car at the house and they bring the food out to you--very easy, and wonderful service. The food was packaged carefully for easy, mess-free transit home. All of the food we ordered tasted truly homemade in the best possible way. I highly recommend VietKearney and can't wait for my next order!
