I am a regularrr. I mean a loyalty member. I’m always here. I walked into here today at 6:30 for 2 juices. The girl stated they were done making juices for the day because they cleaned the machine already. I was literally confused. I told her that was unacceptable since they are still open for business. She then said okay I’ll call my manager. She didn’t call Anyone. She just gave me my total. Then she didn’t give me all my change and said they were out of Pennie’s, dimes and nickels. I want the rest of my change back and if this is how this place is going to be ran, I won’t come back.

At this point, I blame myself. For years we’ve come here, and for years it’s common to find a late order, missing item, or just overall quality issues. This time, an order for 5 bowls that was ordered online for a 4:10 pickup was not only not ready at 425, but the best part was the employee hadn’t even looked at the ticket yet. As a result, the order was over 20 minutes late (with no apology), with some melting while the others were made. Again, it’s my own fault, but like others who live around here, we really want it to be good.
