Waited 20+ minutes for two smoothies. Employees were loudly talking in the kitchen the entire time. Nobody tending to the front. I had to ask about the status of my smoothies and when brought out to me they were warm and melted. Absolutely ridiculous and not worth the money. Mind you the store was empty when I arrived and placed my order, over 20 minutes and not even a single person tending to the front is unacceptable. This location has gone downhill significantly in the last 10 years and I don't plan on returning and regret spending my money.

The food is delish and I’ve never disliked anything on the menu. However, over the years of coming here the customer service was decreased severely. No more face-to-face connections with a person at the register, now we’re asked to use an iPad to order, and the wait time is insane. One person being in the store in the back seems odd. She was very backed up and seemed stressed with online orders along with walk in orders. Because of this experience which I’ve had time and time again in the recent past months, it makes it hard for me to want to come in/come to this location. Vitality Bowls, I hope you can better support your staff, brining a better experience for your customers.

Smoothies are good. Management is horrible. This company put this poor teenager working by themselves handling orders and making drinks. I waited almost 30 minutes for 1 smoothie. I love the smoothies, however, I won’t come back until I see some changes with the management for this location.
