Amazing spot! The enchiladas, the tacos, salsa, rice and beans... all delightful! Nonetheless, the nachos are the star of the menu and my whole family's favorite! The wait staff is so cheerful, friendly and attentive, and the charming, creative interior design of the restaurant is heartwarming! Not to mention the rocking Spanish music playlist - what a fun spot! For a yummy, unique and cruelty-free dining experience, definitely visit Viva Vegeria!

🌱 Viva Vegeria Review – Vegetarian Mexican Goodness! 🇲🇽 I’ve been wanting to hit a vegetarian spot for a while now, but had no luck… until today. My friends Juan and Chris (both dedicated vegetarians) recommended Viva Vegeria, and I had to pull up. Mexican food + vegetarian? Two wins in one. Here’s what I ordered: 1️⃣ Agua Fresca – Watermelon 🍉 Couldn’t resist ordering this twice 😂 Tastes like pure liquid watermelon—refreshing, natural, not too sweet. Basically summer in a cup. 2️⃣ Mushroom Chicharrón Tacos Three tacos filled with mushrooms & onions fried crisp, topped with cabbage, carrots, cilantro, and homemade crema. Squeeze a little lemon on top = 🔥 The fried mushrooms were good, but I think grilled or sautéed would take it to another level. All together in the tortilla—fresh, flavorful, and a totally unique Mexican vibe. 🌾 Sides: Rice: Fresh, homey, like somebody’s mom made it. Loved it. Charro Beans: Soupy, packed with flavor, absolutely homemade vibes. One of the best charro beans I’ve ever had—10/10. 3️⃣ Nachos Pretty good, but the cheese didn’t hit the same. If it’s not cow cheese, it’s just different. ✨ Overall: A super refreshing and unique experience. Viva Vegeria proves vegetarian food can deliver real Mexican soul.
