We came right at 2:00 PM when they opened and were among the first customers of the day, so we honestly expected everything to be clean and ready. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. The restroom was dirty and there wasn’t even toilet paper. If you’re just opening for the day, at least the basics like cleaning and restocking should be taken care of. The food was even more disappointing. The quality of the meat was pretty low and everything just tasted oddly bland. The desserts were not good at all. Also, the portions that came out looked nothing like the photos on the tablet menu. There weren’t even knives on the table. If I order a steak, I expect to be able to cut it properly — am I supposed to wrap it up and eat it like that? Service-wise, our server could have been a bit more friendly. We said thank you every time we asked for something, but didn’t even get a simple “you’re welcome” back. Small things like that matter. For two people, with the automatic 20% tip included, we paid close to $100. Honestly, for that price, the quality and service just weren’t there. You can go somewhere else, spend a few dollars more, and get much better meat and much better service. (Maybe MOSU) I hope they take this feedback seriously and improve.

One of my fave restaurant in the capital region! I don’t mind the drive, it’s worth it. Staff are really friendly! I can’t count on how many times I’ve been here. 🤣🤣🤣

My wife and I shared a nice date night here. Skeptical at first since we didn't know what a Hotpot was but it was definitely an experience and the food was amazing. Even if you had to cook it yourself.
