This is our second sushi place tried in town!This place was incredible. My husband and I were super hungry after driving for a few hours to get to midland and this place was right next to our hotel. The service was quick and we were easily seated. The food? Amazing. Fresh and delicious.

Great food and the service was phenomenal! We had a wonderful server, Rose, who was kind and answered all our questions. Tried the volcano roll, pad Thai, and Singapore Mei Fun (a great curry rice noodle dish). Only photo I got was the Volcano sushi roll because we were too busy eating to get others! We will absolutely return!

Ricky is very personable when he is not running around managing the restaurants needs, of course ;)! You can see how greets and talks with others personably that have know him for a while. The food is always fresh and up to my hopes and expectations. I have never been sick(lol) after eating here for 8+ years. The price matches the quality and craftsmanship of the sushi. I usually stick to just ordering sushi, appetizers, and dessert. I’ll be back! See you soon Ricky, and team!
