I ordered on Uber eats, confirmed my and when my order was received the jalapeños and carrots side was missing. I called the store and the rep said I could come back and pick it up. Well that would defeat the whole point. There was no offer of an adjustment for my next order or anything other than come pick it up. Psst gas money and time. Then to top it off. I found plastic in my food. I can't wait to speak with the manager.

It is spotlessly clean and Josefina at the order station is the best at customer service. I wanted to order some things with specific changes and she served me with attentiveness, a smile and patience. That seems to be rare these days and I appreciated her. Thats what we all deserve when we spend our money eating out. Thank u Josefina.
