Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

Whether you're a meat lover or a vegetarian, this spot nails it. I usually come here for the Bun Bo Hue, but today I tried their vegetarian dishes and they were great! Very affordable too. My meal was $13.96 including tax. Plus, they offer a free soft drink with your meal! It’s a great spot for both dine-in and take-out if you’re looking for authentic Vietnamese flavors

The whole restaurant had poor temperature control so it was cold. The food was expensive and terrible. Boring and uninspiring cookie cutter sauces with small portions for such a large price. The tea was good. Every table in the dining room was dirty. Do yourself a favor and go to Bibibop next door you'll wish you read this before wasting your money. Spring rolls had a sliver of shrimp and pork and the wrap was hard and crusty. This experience predates the bad weather which the responder inaccurately blame.

I placed an order for the A12 (crab rangoon) and R11 (hot, spicy ramen noodle soup). The employee at the register was struggling, but I could have placed more orders. He refused an up-charge. I discovered they had neglected to place the A12 in my bag after I left the store. The sole drawback was that error. The food was delicious.
