There is no cafe, grab and go only, plus groceries. I was in Cortland for a short while, and was excited to come upon a health food store, but really looking for a place to sit down and get some food.. this place is not this. Some rebranding is needed.

Vege lovers delight. Service is amazing . Even have vegan options many times. Everyday specials are just delicious. Sandwiches on the menu all are good specially the one with pesto and also the mushroom and onions. The sides of the salads are also tasty and fresh made every day. A quick bite while grocery shopping is a very good idea here. I highly recommend whole heart cafe for their daily specials
