Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

I can’t speak more highly of this quaint coffee breakfast shop! I have an allergy to onion. The chef and owner took the time to actually discuss with me my food allergy and took the time and care to be sure to not include anything that could be an issue. His concern and care was as refreshing was the delicious breakfast he created for me! Truly fresh quality! I will definitely be back!

I’ve been going to Williams Coffee Co. for so long that I’m pretty sure I qualify as part of the furniture. Their coffee has never missed once—like, annoyingly consistent. I’ve tried to find a bad drink here just to prove they’re human, and I can’t. At this point I’m convinced they’re running some sort of caffeine cult, and honestly, sign me up. The environment is always warm and welcoming, which is probably why I kept coming back even before the caffeine dependency kicked in. Over time, the baristas started greeting me by name, which felt very “main character in a small-town movie.” Eventually we just became friends because when someone hands you great coffee every day and remembers your order AND your emotional state, that’s basically family. If you want great coffee, a cozy vibe, and baristas who will slowly adopt you into their ecosystem, this is your place. Eleven out of ten, would definitely continue enabling my coffee addiction here. Kind of a surprising coffee shop that feels like it should be in a more trendy part of town, and not just off the freeway in Tremonto. Great coffee, great desserts, great vibe. Go check it out.
