Our waitress was great. The place was completely empty when we got there. I figured everyone is at Good Day Cafe. What we ordered was delicious and within a great price range. Something I did not like was the 3 buck upcharge for chicken friend chicken breakfast if you prefer chicken over the chicken fried steak breakfast. At Good Day, both options are priced the same . After our meal, I realized why it was empty. They do not do senior citizen or military discounts or discounts of any kind :/ People will go where they feel appreciated. Not that the service did not exude that. The establishment can do that by honoring those discounts. Its not always about the discount, its about the principle.

This was the worst breakfast I have had. The eggs were undercooked, the hash browns tasted like old grease and were also undercooked, and the steak was not cooked properly and tasted like old rubber. Overall, the food quality was very disappointing. Not going back to this place. Now I understand why was empty on a Synday morning.

Surprised at how great the brunch food is. Breakfast tacos are large and stuffed with fluffy eggs, your choice of bacon or chorizo and cheese. Spiced delicately but enough heat to please. The tacos have a buttery under tone and the tortillas were soft, fresh and toasted slightly. Great salsa. Reasonable prices and good mimosas. It's worth stepping out of Dallas to Irving for a great brunch and better prices.
