"Sometimes, you just crave that perfect Chinese takeout feast." ― Chrissy Teigen Happy Lunar New Year! I've been hearing about Wong's for almost twenty years now. My little sis here on Yelp, Stephanie M., is a huuuge fan of this place. For one reason or another, I've been digging my heels in about this place but here we are at long last. The four of us ordered: Salt & Pepper Wings: Good flavor, perfect texture, and boy are those jalapeños hot. They're not overly salt but they lack a certain depth. I'm not sure what flavor I was chasing but it was decent. Large Hot & Sour Soup: Near perfection. Great viscosity and it had all the gret ingredients you want in hot & sour soup. My only beef is that this soup was too sweet. Why is hot & sour soup sweet?! Orange Chicken: Totally not what I was expecting. In my mind, I was imagining heavy-battered deep-fried bites. Instead we got chicken slices in an orange sauce. Unexpected but still good. Honey Walnut Shrimp: A classic and they do it well here. No notes. Beef Chow Fun: Great technique with no broken noodles. Seasoning was on point although it did lack that smoky char taste. I'm guessing they don't use gas stovetops here? For having driven over 30+ miles to come here to meet up with some friends for lunch, while decent, I can't imagine myself stopping by here again to be real with y'all. Service was scarce but the place is definitely spacious. Think hotel conference center chic.

Great food. No, incredible food... Walked in during a saturday night around 7pm and it was busy. Probably a 5-10 min wait for a table for 2. Dining room is large and clean, plenty of room to accommodate a variety of party sizes. We had the walnut shrimp, and the Mongolian beef. Turned them into a combo for +$5.50 (worth it). The portion size was more than fair. We took home two boxes as we couldn't finish it. Currently eating the leftovers as I write this. Cost for 2 was just shy of $65. Honestly not bad at all. The food was outstanding. The service was outstanding. 10/10 would recommend. Oh, bonus points for those of you born before 1995. There's a payphone in the same strip mall. Thought it was cool to see in 2025

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Wong’s Restaurant is an absolute gem! The food is fresh, flavorful, and always served hot. Every dish we tried tasted homemade with authentic flavors and generous portions. The orange chicken was perfectly crispy with just the right balance of sweet and tangy, and the Mongolian beef was tender and savory. The fried rice was packed with flavor and not greasy at all. Service was excellent too!!!! friendly, fast, and attentive without being overbearing. The restaurant itself has a warm and welcoming atmosphere, perfect for family dinners or a casual night out. Prices are very reasonable for the quality and portion sizes. If you’re looking for delicious Chinese food with consistently great service, Wong’s is the spot. Highly recommend and will definitely be coming back! PS. That's soup is to die for.
