I visited this restaurant looking forward to a delicious lunch. While eating the food I had served onto my plate, I found a strange piece of wire, about 1.5 to 2 cm long, in my food. I immediately called the waitress and showed it to her. She took it away and came back later, saying she had told the manager and asked me to wait. After about 10 minutes, the waitress returned and said they would give me a 20% discount, then handed me the bill and left. When I went to the counter to pay, I asked who the manager was, and it turned out to be the woman standing right next to me. She just looked at me blankly and walked away. Her name is Helen. I never received a single word of apology from anyone. All I remember is the manager’s strange, cold look. I couldn’t eat any more after that, but I still paid the full amount. The 20% discount meant nothing to me. This restaurant is extremely unhygienic, and the staff are very rude.

The customer service was absolutely fantastic and the restaurant was clean and looked great! They also serve beer and a small selection of hard liquor! I've been here several times, most of which were pleasant save for today. I was brought the check before I could finish the first serving of food which, in a buffet setting I consider to be very rude as it implies an urgency for you to leave. There were new faces amongst the staff so I understand .... It was around 4 pm and the buffet line was in need of some attention. The Sushi Bar was good though, creative and tasty. The beverage options including alcohol, was refreshing, as most venues such as this do not offer alcohol. I think I will give it another try {Sunday} at an earlier time to see if I can upgrade the experience. Overall, to date, it has been good and is recommended as a solid dine-in or take-out restaurant.
