Visited Yamato twice now and both experiences have been great. Went last night for their Valentine's Day special and the service was amazing. They had clearly been stressed by having more patrons than they expected, but they went above and beyond to make sure my girlfriend got a rose and even let us take a balloon. Found my girlfriend's new favorite sushi roll in the process, the Amazing Roll (pictured.) Their onion soup is also our favorite of any Japanese restaurant we've tried. The hibachi steak we ordered was also perfect. The atmosphere here is always very cozy and small venue feel. This place is perfect and we'll be back, and often!

First time here, me and my husband absolutely loved yamatos ! Katelin was an amazing server, such a kind person! The food was very well prepared! They will have a new drink menu soon !😉 Be sure to try them they were perfect! (Old fashion & pina colada)

Had lunch here today and was well pleased with everything we ordered! Steak and shrimp hibachi and the Teriyaki chicken bento box were both delicious, as were the salads and onion soup. Will definitely recommend and looking forward to our next meal from Yamato!
