Food was really good, especially considering it was around -40°C in December—exactly what we needed to warm up. I ordered the Khao Soi (curry noodle soup) with egg noodles, and my friend got the wonton soup. We also tried the coconut ice cream (yes even in -40 weather!!!) and mango sticky rice, plus fried rice to go. Everything was delicious. The location is very convenient, just near downtown. We enjoyed the food so much that we actually went back a second time, but unfortunately found out they’re closed on Sundays. Would definitely recommend!

Yes! Noodle Soup is a mom and pop spot run by an adorable couple who offer hospitality beyond measure. "Pop" patiently explained how to approach every dish we ordered, all of which he thoughtfully recommended. It is evident that they are genuinely passionate about their food and their customers.

This review is specifically for vegan/vegetarians. The food was great and there are lots of options. On the takeout menu there is a vegan/veggie section so ask for that menu. We loved ever dish we got and the iced Thai tea was probably the best one I’ve ever had. The owner is also amazing and very sweet. We had so much fun talking to him! If I ever find myself back in Fairbanks I will definitely come back and recommend to all my friends who visit.
