YOSUMI RAMEN

Yosumi Ramen is a fantastic newer spot that genuinely surprised me in the best way. We originally stopped in for sushi, and everything we ordered was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. The quality definitely exceeded expectations for a newer restaurant in the area. The staff was warm, attentive, and made the whole experience feel relaxed and welcoming. You can tell they care about what they’re doing. The space itself is clean, modern, and comfortable…perfect for a casual lunch or an easy dinner out. I didn’t try the ramen this time, but after seeing it come out for other tables, I’m absolutely getting it on my next visit. It looked incredible. All in all, Yosumi Ramen is definitely worth a try, and I’m already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommend giving them a shot while they’re still a hidden gem.

Such a hidden gem all the way in Novato! The broth for tonkatsu ramen was SO rich! Creamy! I haven’t had a broth this good in S.F. in a long time. They give you a whole onsen egg cut in half. The chasu was thinly sliced and tender. And full of flavor. After I slurped all the noodle and drained the last bit of broth, I felt warm and fuzzy.

I had really good ramen here! It wasn’t necessarily the most authentic, but the portions were large, and it had a lot of fixins (in the chicken black garlic ramen). Kind staff, convenient location.
