We went for take out order. The staff couldn’t answer allergy questions. Our gluten free pizza was missing cheese all together. Our cheese bread had spoonful clumps of garlic under the cheese we asked for bacon added and there was none and half of every stick had no toppings at all. The workers were goofing off and talking about tinder profiles. Also none of the girls had their hair in hair nets… and under the soda machine is a moldy rag….. I’ll drive to Bethlehem from now on.

This place use to be really solid with plenty of toppings and cheese. However the last two visits the young staff who is friendly seem to be skimping on building great pizzas for the customers. Minimal everything. Sauce, cheese toppings and bake time. The side salads are the same after thought quality. This is an esstiental lunch spot for down town Monroe. I hope they are able to bring the pizza quality back up with a little more care in the new future.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff!! I have celiac disease and not only did they offer gluten free crust, but there is an allergen information menu posted by the toppings, including information on gluten, dairy, and nut allergen friendly options. Even the croutons were separated from the salads in the containers! The woman making my pizza changed her gloves and informed me that there was a separate space in the kitchen to prepare my pizza. 10/10 would recommend!
