Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

Best ramen we’ve ever had!!! The owner is incredibly kind and passionate, he truly cares about every single ingredient that goes into his craft and makes sure every plate is served to perfection! He took a moment to talk to us after our food was served about how he started this journey, how far he’s come and his plans for future business! Incredible! The other staff members were also very kind! If you’re thinking about ramen, this is the only place you should be going!! :D

We have been to Yugiri Ramen several times, and it has always been a solid spot for ramen. This time, we stopped by just for a quick snack on our way to Orlando. We ordered takoyaki and Japanese potato croquettes, which made me really happy because these are not easy to find where I live. They were the perfect small bites. We usually come here for ramen, which has always been good. It is a bit of a drive for me, and I wish there were a place like this closer to home, but I will definitely come back again.

I been to many Japanese ramen shops in Osaka and Tokyo so when I say this is good and authentic, I mean it! The atmosphere is relaxed and the food is good. Will visit again!
