Yuki Sushi (Japanese Cuisine)

Tried Yuki Sushi tonight for the 1st time and honestly really really impressed. I am not a huge fan of sushi but my husband got some as he loves it and I had a try and honestly the Golden Calafornia roll was smooth, buttery and had a very unique unami flavor and tasted amazing. Update: came again for lunch and had the calamari and Tonkastu Ramen and the calamari was so butter soft, hot and fresh and the Tonkatsu was so flavorful and comforting. I got the potato shrimp (Miyako) for my appetizer and this was a first for me, it tasted amazing, the shrimp was buttery and extremely fresh tasting, the potatoe string around it was soft yet crisp and delicious, combined with a spicy mayo and green onion on top it was delicious. For mains my husband had the beef ramen, the beef was tender and the broth was super flavorful. However my husband was jealous and I got the chicken miso ramen which let me tell you had this super unami broth that had such a unique taste and flavor, the noodles and eggs absorbed it and it was absolutely delicious. We ended up getting some sushi to go as it tasted so good and we will definitely visit again. The serving staff were so kind and professional and checked on us occasionally. Every time i dine here, it’s always fresh and delicious. The sushi rolls are well made and the portions are good.. The staffs were friendly and the service is usually fast, even when it’s busy. This is one of my favorite spots when I’m craving sushi and I definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable place with great food.

Much more than sushi. I went for lunch and it was amazing! I had crunchy salmon roll and California roll. It wasn't too busy, food was quickly served. Polite attentive waitstaff. I also ordered a Salman poke bowl to go. ALL the food was amazing. Highly recommended.
