Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

I went for dinner here with my family of five tonight, and the experience we had was incredible!!! We had never had hot-pot before, and we were not familiar with how to do it, but the staff were amazing! They explained carefully how to turn on the hotpot machine, and helped us choose which things to choose. They even made our sauces for us. Also, our waitress was super friendly and kind. The food did not disappoint, I am vegetarian, and this place had a lot of options. Went to the area to get food, and got many different things. The food was immaculate, and super fun. I got noodles, and loads of veggies!! It all cooked so well in the delicious soup!!! We will definitely come again, it was such a great night!!!

We enjoyed every bite. The food is very fresh, and there is a wide variety. The broths are flavorful, and the service includes an older lady who is an absolute sweetheart—very friendly, kind, and attentive. The ambiance could be a bit cozier, but it’s not bad. The only thing I will criticize is the host; I’m not sure if she is the owner, the manager, or the person in charge, but she is unpleasant and quite rude. As we were leaving, we greeted her while passing by the register, and she didn’t even look up to return the greeting—she just ignored us. Completely ill-mannered.

I went in for a soup to go. Didn’t know much about the place but the one lady was so friendly and helpful. She took me to the buffet area and explained all the different things to me, so I knew what choices to put in my soup. She was so nice & helpful. The sit down part looked like it would be a fun place to eat. It was very clean. I brought my soup back to the hotel, added in the sauce they give you for it and started eating. The veggies in the soup were so hard. Like the broccoli was like it was just plucked off the stalk and dropped in, the onion chunks were huge, the carrots were hard and the noodles weren’t plentiful. But I chose the shrimp/pork wontons although they do give you 5 of them, they were so mushy. The pork bone broth I chose had absolutely no flavor. It’s a cute place, good service, and clean. But I don’t recommend it if you’re looking for good food and FLAVOR, at all, for your dish. Maybe I missed out on something, but that’s what I got and that’s how it was.
