We went for a dinner on a weekday and it was packed. We ordered chicken tempura, super yummy classic stir fry (Protein: salmon, Sauce: mongolian Sauce, fresh garlic oil, hot pepper oil with lo mein added) and a spicy crabmeat salad. The chicken tempura was really really good. It is a best tempura chicken I ever had. Must try item here. The stir fry of salmon and lo mein with the sauces was quite good. It was spicy, garlicky and tasted good. The spicy crabmeat salad was marked as spicy on the menu but I didn’t find it spicy at all, it was pretty sweet. The crabmeat they used were not authentic crabmeat, they were surimi I think. The salad was okay, but I didn’t really enjoy it. They have a reward policy on review. If you put a five star review on their Google Maps page, you get a half serving of crab Rangoon or a Thai milk tea. That explains there 4.9 star rating with 2K+ votes. I am not saying that they are bad, but I think it’s not a 4.9 star rated place. This can be at best a 4.5 star place.

This place may be hands down my favorite restaurant of all time. It is such a cool idea and it has been executed incredibly well here. Anywhere that gives you the option to create or build your own meal gives you a sense of pride in what you eat. The little thought in your head that says,"Oh yeah. I just made that." And not only does this establishment give you that opportunity, but they give you the option for a bottomless version?! Such an amazing experience and the amount of food you get is well worth the price. And the cherry on top of it all, the service was outstanding. Our waitress was genuinely super helpful, fun, and kind. She tied the whole experience into something that always be remembered as a super fun experience.

My husband and I decided to try Yummy bowl because our daughter had a great experience eating here last week. We eat out a lot(not fast food) and decided we needed to try this place.I was surprised when we walked in because there was a hostess and tables that they seat you at.I have no idea why I thought it was a place you would walk up and order then find a table on your own. That was a nice surprise. The waitress was super sweet and very thorough explaining how you fill out a small piece of paper with the kind of rice you want. You will need to write your name and table number on that piece of paper so they know where to bring your cooked food back out to you.You also take that paper up and lay it on the tray as you move down the bar.Your rice will be added to the bottom of the big red bowl your cooked food will come out in or you can write on that paper to put your rice on the side.Next you walk up to the food bar with your smaller bowl to pick out all your fresh vegetables, meat or seafood. You can pile that smaller bowl as full as you can get it. We laughed watching some customers pile their bowls so high you would think the food would spill out onto their tray. Once you get your food choices to be cooked, you keep moving down the way to an area that has lots of sauces. You pick out the sauce/sauces that you want your food to be cooked with. You make your way to the end of the row and leave your food bowl so a cook can fix it for you. I love that you can watch your food being cooked from the open tables you are seated at. The whole process was really quick. The food tasted great and we will definitely come back to eat here.
