Absolutely incredible quality for the price. I have Mediterranean from many restaurants around the world and this one was very special. The baklava is to die for it is homemade! I highly recommend anyone in the area of Edina to come try this out the ambiance is basic but the food makes up for it completely. The chef has been cooking since he was 12 years old with his father in the back kitchen all throughout the United States and Europe! Chef Ari is incredible he won’t disappoint.

I really enjoyed my visit! The restaurant has a great atmosphere, and the food was excellent—the falafel, in particular, were outstanding. The gyros were well-prepared, but I personally prefer a juicier texture; I'll remember to request that upfront next time. A special shout-out to the employee who was so warm and welcoming and took the time to explain the menu variety so thoroughly.

AMAZING food! We ave traveled to several middle eastern countries and love a good shwarma or doner. Zaffron has hands down the BEST most flavorful shwarma and doner we have had in the US. The flavor infused in their food is out of this world! 10/10 reccomend. The owner was so kind and welcoming, sharing with us the story of their restaurant in their home country. The recipes are family recipes passed down through the generations and it is evident in every bite.
