This place ticked off all the above and its located at the most beautiful building in Cleveland, OH, The Arcade. It's in the food court. You can bring your food and eat by the railing overlook the beautiful building interior.

Wow what an awesome & affordable Asian food place. Menu is small but dynamic. Everything is made fresh. Make sure you bring cash (no credit cards accepted). The owner is super nice and was patient with me, as I had no idea what to order. I highly recommend the broccoli chicken. Choice of brown, white or fried rice. Can also choose 3 different type of noodles instead. No reason why not give it a try.
